Dr. Kazique J. Prince, (Chair) (pronounced ka-ZEE-kay) is the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & belonging at NI, formerly National Instruments. He is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB) programs, and leads the DEIB strategy, program goals, and metrics working with the organization to drive those outcomes that promote DEIB through communications, education and leadership actions. He also is the founder and chief executive officer of Jelani Consulting, LLC, a small business established for nearly fifteen years in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging space across industries. He developed Djembe: Inspiring Inclusive Connections as a tool to encourage conversations, inspire bravery and vulnerability, celebrate differences and help navigate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Emily Rollins, (Treasurer) Retired Partner, Deloitte, LLP, has more than 23 years of experience providing services to early-stage, venture-backed companies through large public companies, primarily in the technology, media, and venture capital industries. For her early-stage clients, Emily balances a practical approach with her deep experience in internal control over financial reporting, internet-empowered businesses, software revenue recognition, business combinations, and stock-based compensation. Over the course of her career, Emily has served more than 50 TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) companies as well as several medical device and life-sciences companies. She currently leads Deloitte’s Technology industry audit practice in Austin, is a member of the firm’s New Revenue Recognition Requirements team, and co-leads the firm’s Audit Innovation Internal Control project.

Lahoma has a hand in making moments and movements happen, from cultural weddings to large fundraisers to bridge racial and social divides.
Mr. Stephen Elkins, Microsoft, Client Director. Stephen served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City of Austin, Communications and Technology Management department, (CTM). As CIO, Mr. Elkins oversees the Department’s use of information technology to improve performance and manage risk across the City’s overall organization. Mr. Elkins leads the Department’s enterprise architecture, information systems, information technology governance, security, and information resources management programs in collaboration with all organizational components of the Department. Mr. Elkins has been selected for numerous awards since being appointed as CIO. Most recently he was named One of the Top 25 Doers, Dreamers, and Drivers for 2015 by Government Technology.
Thomas Miranda, CEO of Sparkovation Advisors, served as an engineer, manager and executive for nearly two decades within high growth Fortune 100 Silicon Valley firms HP Palo Alto and mostly Cisco ranging from product development, corporate strategy, Enterprise IT, sales strategy to operating and management. He has also served as a director and chairman to numerous regional and statewide nonprofits, led executive director search/transitions and has advised several startups, CEOs and large corporations. As a principal of Sparkovation Advisors, Thomas has been actively involved in advising startups, CEOs, corporations and investment portfolios on value creation, leadership/talent, business strategy, digital transformation, IT modernization and growth.
A 20-year advertising veteran, Leslie Wingo leads an agency of 90 people across offices in Austin, El Paso, and New York. She is a respected community leader in the areas of marketing, social welfare and cultural diversity.
Leslie is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and overall business development. She has stewarded campaigns for State Farm, United States Postal Service, Burger King and other blue-chip brands. In 2012 and 2016, Black Enterprise Magazine named her one of the nation’s Top Women in Advertising and Marketing.Leslie has served in director and committee chair roles on several boards, including the Austin Advertising Federation, the American Heart Association of Texas, the American Lung Association, the Austin Planetarium and The Contemporary Austin. She is currently serving as the board chair for AIDS Services of Austin. In 2011, Leslie was awarded the Silver Medal by the Austin Advertising Federation and has been recognized as one of the finalists for the Austin Business Journal’s 2014 Profiles in Power.
Leslie is an accomplished athlete and longtime member of Travis County Strength. She lives in Austin with her husband, Christopher Martinez, their daughter, Eléana, and a shih tzu named Miss Texas.
Roger Davis is a retired accountant for 3M and is the immediate Past President of the National Association of Black Accountants and a board member for the Black Professional Alliance. He is a graduate of Florida A & M University and is actively involved in the Greater Austin community.
TiWanna A. Kenney, Auctioneer, Fundraising Consultant, Speaker, lifelong language lover, was born a Fast Talker. As the owner, lead auctioneer, and driving force behind Astounding Auctions & Fundraising Strategies, she has turned her love for speaking into a livelihood. TiWanna is in the business of busting stereotypes and breaking molds. As the first and only African American woman to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation through the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Working in an industry that is less than 15% female and with low ethnic diversity she is continually advocating for diversity. She operates with a sharp mix of creativity and charm, believing everyone has the skills and ability to make an impact in the world. Driven by a genuine desire for helping others, she works diligently to see people win.
